RETURN POLICY

We’re sorry things didn’t work out for you!

You have 30 days from your order date to request a return. Please make sure that all items are unworn with the original tags attached.

All items are returnable, with the exception of the following:

  • Items marked FINAL SALE
  • Gloves
  • Socks
  • Headbands
  • Water Bottles
  • Underwear
  • Hair Ties

Swimwear should be tried on over underwear for sanitary reasons, and must have protective hygiene strip intact.

A select number of heavily discounted sale items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.


EXCHANGES

We’re sorry, but currently we do not accept exchanges.


SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Charges: If your order has been sent to a destination outside of Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through B3. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.


HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

B3 will gladly help you with your returns*. Please contact customer service at:


info@b3shop.ca and put “RETURN INQUIRY” in the subject.


In the email, please provide a photo of the product with original tags attached and a photo of the tag which shows the size, colour, and style clearly. B3 will provide a Return Authorization form with a Prepaid shipping label.  Once received, just print and affix label onto postage package and drop it at the postal station.


Once we’ve received the item and processed the return, which can take up to 14 days, you’ll be refunded as requested to your original payment method (minus shipping costs); credit card, gift card, or you will see the Store Credit reflected in your account as agreed upon.
